Our Process
If you’re new to chiropractic care, or simply new to our clinic, it is our aim to make you comfortable and to enjoy your appointments with us.
Your Initial Appointment
On your first visit we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, in order to meet our friendly team and to complete your new patient paper work.
We will ask you for a thorough history. This includes your concerns, past health history, medication, family history, your day-to-day activities and your goals of care.
Our initial examination of you will include physical, neurological and orthopaedic tests, palpation, digital range of motion checks, posture assessment, insight spine scans and heart rate variability checks.
We typically only adjust on your first visit if it is absolutely required and if we deem it is safe and appropriate to do so. Our preference is to sit down with all your information to analyse it and come up with the best plan to help you reach your goals and what care you need and the best techniques for you.
Your Second Appointment: Report of Findings
Following your first appointment you will be asked to make another booking, called your Report of Findings.
It is during this appointment that we will run through the findings from your initial appointment and provide recommendations tailored to you. Dr Toby will provide his recommendations for you to receive optimal outcomes from your chiropractic care.

It is during this 30 minute appointment that you will receive your chiropractic adjustment.
Your Continued Care
Your continued chiropractic care is in your hands. Progress exams are performed regularly to monitor and measure your progress,
